EVENT REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for event registrations or tickets will be provided under the following circumstances:

a. Cancellation by Dearie Digital: If Dearie Digital cancels an event for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket or registration fee.
b. Postponement: If an event is postponed to a date that you cannot attend, you may request a refund.
c. Substantial Changes: If there are substantial changes to the event format, venue, or schedule that make it impractical or undesirable for you to attend, you may request a refund.

Refund Requests: To request a refund for an event registration or ticket, please contact us at Chas@deariedigital.com with the subject line “Event Refund Request – [Event Name].” Include the following information in your email:

a. Your name. b. Contact information. c. Event name and date. d. Reason for the refund request.

Deadline for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted no later than 5 days before the event start date.

Refund Processing: Refunds for event registrations or tickets will be processed within 7 business days after approval. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the event without prior notice or request for a refund, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Transfer of Registration: In most cases, event registrations or tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration or ticket to another individual by notifying us in advance. Please provide the full name and contact information of the person to whom you are transferring the registration or ticket.
